My figurative horse, floral, swamp, seashore, and cityscape large-scale oil paintings on linen, canvas, and canvas board were created utilizing bold color hues and tones and intense contours and shapes. They resulted from my educational and occupational background in fine arts and commercial art, design and fashion vocations, and entrepreneurial ventures.

My art is a manifestation of my passions, experiences, and inspirations. It is the expression of my love of horses and colorful flowers, and it is the illustration of my feelings and memories from living near in a rustbelt city and from my inspiring visits to seashores and nature preserves.

My paintings have been showcased in prestigious galleries and shows. They earned a substantial and much-appreciated grant in 2020 from the Dina Baker Fund for Mature Female Artists and the privilege of exhibiting them at the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County Gallery in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. My paintings have been shown in Florida group shows at the Mulry Fine Art Gallery in Palm Beach, The Artists Haven Gallery in Ft. Lauderdale, The Paint Store in West Palm Beach, Stephen Johnson Framing in West Palm Beach. They have been have displayed in a solo show at The Wanderers Club at the U.S. Dressage Short List Observation Event at the World Equestrian Festival Show Grounds in Wellington .

 In addition to my artistic endeavors, my husband, Douglas Hundt, and I own and manage ShowChic Dressage, LLC; ShowChic, a premier boutique specializing in high-fashion dressage apparel in Wellington, Florida; ShowChic Mobile Boutique; showchicdressage.com and ShowChic Shop Talk. Our passion for equestrian fashion and art is manifested in our mobile boutique, where we share our love for stylish dressage apparel with the equestrian community at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington from January through March of each year since 2004.
